Consumers are also able to apply online for Pre-Qualifications, Pre-Approvals and full mortgage loan applications. They are able to submit the needed documentation electronically within these origination systems, receive disclosures and electronically sign a significant number of these disclosure documents. The industry had been moving towards the paperless system, where the current environment has definitely speeded up the movement process.
