Who is Washa Remodeling?  Washa Remodeling & Design is a local remodeler to Madison.  We have been helping local homeowners build and remodel their dreams since 1983 and are made on the foundation that a home is more than 4 walls, its where lives are built and stories are made.  For this reason we focus on the design build aspect of remodeling.  We employ an interior designer on staff that helps homeowners incorporate their dreams into reality, even if a customer isn’t sure what they truly need.  We marry time-honored expertise with modern trends to create the perfect space for, ensuring a seamless experience from our very first meeting to the very last nail.  Our home improvement process involves 4 simple steps that get us from first contact to final nail.

Consult – It starts with a conversation that outlines the goals, ideas, budgets, and dreams for each project.

Design – Pencil meets paper and our in-house design team to start conceptual drawings and help you make final selections.  We then schedule a meeting of minds with all our trade experts to compile final pricing.

Agreement – After a final design is approved we present customers with a final scope of work and price.  Payment schedules are customized to meet project needs and final contract is signed.

Build – Lead carpenters are assigned and office staff works behind the scenes to build the dream space.  Customers can final sit back, relax, and get ready to enjoy the new space.
